Stan sold our home pretty quick. My issue was communication was horrible. You don’t even get a call if you get a offer. They send a email. I always had to call them He didn’t even call or send a card to congratulate us. Would I use him again. Unfortunately NO!

Rick and Grace were very responsive to all of my messages/emails! They helped me to understand the home buying process better and helped make the process of buying my first home a simple one! Samantha is an awesome realtor. Sam is so patient, helpful, caring, knowledgeable, informative and her negotiating skills are amazing. As a first time home buyer I was so overwhelmed and stressed, but Sam always reassured me that I can do this. She treated me like family and not just her client and that definitely meant a lot. Samantha is such a genuine person, she went over and beyond to find me my forever home and now I'm officially a home owner. Also I've gained a true friend and sister for like. Being a veteran not familiar with GA's home buying requirements, Samantha was very helpful in all aspects of home buying. She is someone I will be telling future home owners to look up in their quest to find the right home for their future needs and requirements. Bottom line is Samantha was their when I had any issues from anyone through out this process.
