We enjoyed working with Stephanie and would recommend her without reserve as a realtor. We contacted her about selling our house in Town & Country, and she instantly responded and had comparables ready and a comprehensive knowledge of the neighborhood. She knew how to market it, what to fix, what not to fix, etc. Stephanie was in our corner at all times, as she took charge and got things completed as they came up. We could always get in touch with her and we communicated often--all important because we had moved to another state when our house was listed on the market. We loved her professionalism, politeness, and extensive knowledge. We would wholeheartedly recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to sell their house in the St. Louis area.

Stephanie is by far the best real estate agent I have ever met. Hard-working, knowledgable, and very responsive to every concern. I bought a house with her, and sold a house with her, and she made both experiences very easy, even though they were in fact, very complicated. I would recommend her services without reservation.

Stephanie truly made our home buying process an easy one. She was professional, friendly and always available to answer our many questions. Her customer service is top notch and we always felt high on her priority list. Contract negotiations, home inspections and final closing were taken care of by Stephanie in the most professional manner which put us at ease with the whole process. I bought my first house with Stephanie and she made everything about the process easy. She was a trusted friend and partner throughout. She is knowledgeable and supportive, yet never pushy or intrusive. Perhaps the best example I have of this is when I was taking a second look at the house I bought. I thought I wanted 2 full baths. This house only had one and a half. Stephanie did her homework and somehow discovered the house next to this one had the exact same floor plan but with updates that included the addition of a second bath. So she contacted my neighbors and arranged an appointment time so that I could see what they had done and what was possible. To this day, I am not quite sure how she knew about their modifications. But, it was great information and really helped me to ultimately choose what has been a dream house ever since. For this and so many more reasons, I highly recommend Stephanie!
