Finding Stephanie was gold. I flew down, found her and gave her a one week timeline to find me my dream home. She did not disappoint! She was like a bulldog. I was a first time homebuyer and she took the time to break everything down for me. Her knowledge on the locations in southwest fl and quality of homes was extensive and you could tell she was a honest person. She even looked out for my future by making sure anything bought I would make a profit off of in the future. I don’t know what more I could say other than you’re messing up if you don’t use Stephanie Peck as you realtor. 10 out of 10 recommend. Thank you for everything Stephanie, we love our home so much!

Stephanie goes over and beyond her normal duties, is always available, quick to respond, and is extremely resourceful. We worked with her for months and she never lost her patience with us. I would strongly recommend her professionally, but she is also a beautiful, caring and helpful person. She is one in a million.

Stephanie was diligent in every aspect leading the transaction to a close and working with her extensive network of contacts to provide an answer for every need as we went from deal signing to inspection to closing. Both buyer and sellers were happy she was involved and committed to the transaction, and even post closing she was helpful for additional network of service providers she know.

Stephanie was quick to respond to my last minute showing requests. She continued to go above and beyond writing multiple offers for us. Stephine is extremely knowledgeable with the SWFL real estate market and we’d definitely recommend her to anyone searching the SWFL market.

Wow!!! Stephanie made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and plus the market has just been crazy recently but she found the one!! Stephanie was professional and personal! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! She is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really cares about her clients as well as the community and neighborhood she lives in. You will NOT go wrong with her!!! ?
