As out of state buyers, we needed a professional with knowledge about the communities that we were interested in. We chose Leslie and Les because of reputational feedback in the Saddlebrook and Saddlebrook Ranch communities. My wife and I flew to Arizona to purchase a house ASAP due to my medical issues necessitating a quick relocation from our high elevation Colorado residence. During the process of choosing a community and then a house, Leslie and Les were knowledgeable about every aspect of both Saddlebrook and Saddlebrook Ranch and the homes listed in those communities. They expedited multiple home viewings in a compressed timeframe and on short notice. During the contract phase, negotiations, inspections, finance, closing, etc. their expertise, patience and friendly professionalism made the (usually difficult) process of locating and purchasing a home a pleasurable experience! We are so thankful to Leslie and Les Brown and highly recommend that you use them for your home buying/selling needs!

Stephen is an old soul with old fashioned work ethic and morals. He listened to what we wanted, was truthful and explained the “why” in his choices. He always communicated promptly, either by phone, email or text. Under contract, he was communicative on next steps, and made sure we were diligent at Inspection. He knows the land, build and economics of all things real estate. I could not recommend him more. You will not find better.

Thanks to Stephen and the entire team at Oracle Land and Homes! We had such a positive experience working with the OL&H team this past couple of months. OL&H’s cohesion and seamless handoffs are incredible: from the beginning (in July) when I contacted an agent to show us homes, but toured with Stephen Argentati due to the original agent’s travel schedule; to October, when we toured with the original agent; and finally culminating in November, touring and submitting our offer with Stephen. Stephen did an outstanding job assisting with the purchase of our new home. He was very involved in all aspects of the home inspection and negotiating details of the closing. Stephen was always friendly and responsive to our questions via phone and/or email. He went above and beyond in meeting our needs. Even after we moved in, he was there to help us with any issues with the new house.
