Mr. Brown lowered the price on my home without my permission, he was misinformed about utility transfer process, and recommended friends who were not licensed to perform services. Despite charging a 6% fee, we didn’t feel he acted with our best interest in mind.

We had an excellent experience working with Steve. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and advocated for us. We are first-time home-buyers, so the process was a bit daunting at first. Steve walked us through every step of the process and made sure we understood each step. Despite buying a house being a long process, we felt that every part of it went smoothly. Steve was amazing throughout our entire purchase process. He was so professional and guided us every step of the way. He was responsive to all of our questions, very knowledgable, and a great person. We have purchased and sold three homes in our lives and this was by far our best home buying experience yet!
