First and foremost Debbie is honest and cares. Debbie truly had our best interest at heart. My wife and I moved from NJ to FL one year ago and were renting. My inclination was to inquire with a large realtor firm some people we have met were pushing us to use however my wife had met Debbie at a function at school where both of are children were students. Once discussed with my wife we decided to ask Debbie to help us with our search for a home in FL. I could not have been more wrong about wanting to use a large realtor firm people were suggesting. Aside from meeting Debbie and having that connection with both our children at the same school our first conversation about wanting to work together we asked Debbie about a contact so we could work with her. Debbie’s response was, “I don’t believe in contracts and if you aren’t happy you should be able to let me go and move on to someone else.” This reinforced how I began this review of my experience with Debbie and her honesty and the fact that she cares. Debbie’s knowledge and honest opinions about houses and eras we were looking led to a home for my family that I could (we could not) be happier in. I can’t thank Debbie enough. Debbie still follows up specifically about how things are going with the house three months later. If you are looking for a good realtor you would be doing yourself a disservice not working with Debbie.

Our house shopping was amazing, Debbie did great job, as we were first time home buyers we didn’t know much about it.. She work with us and being explaining details make sure it works for us and fits our budget… we bought out first dream home.. I definitely recommend Debbie, she works really hard and dose good job, I was really happy working with her

Debbie is fantastic. I cannot recommend her highly enough. We started our journey of moving from Michigan to Florida in February 2023. Debbie was very helpful every step of the way from our initial phone calls (where we asked a million questions) to actually meeting her in late August 2023. We had 10 days in the St. Augustine area to find a house, and Debbie hit the ground running. She had us scheduled and organized to see several houses each day, and she was even kind enough to schedule a coffee break in between showings. When it came to finally making an offer, Debbie is a keen negotiator. She helped us craft a great offer that was immediately accepted. She also knows a ton of great contractors and service providers. Every one she recommended from the inspector to a painter has been excellent. Debbie surrounds herself with the best people, which is only appropriate because she is the best. Debbie, my family and I cannot thank you enough for finding us our dream home in Saint Augustine.

Debbie was very attentive to our needs. She helped negotiate a great price on our new home purchase. She is very responsive and prompt. Would highly recommend her. I will certainly use her with my next real estate deal. I appreciate you Debbie!

We found out that we had to move to Jacksonville within 2 months for career opportunities, and had never visited the area prior. We flew down on a mission to find a house in 1 week, and Debbie made it possible! She was a pleasure to work with - going above and beyond to help us meet our deadline, hit our price point and most importantly, find our dream home. Great communication, easy to work with and knowledgeable of the locations and market. I would definitely recommend Debbie’s services to anyone, especially folks who are new to the area & first time buyers like us!
