STEVE WAS PROMPT AND RIGHT UP FRONT WITH US, ANSWERED ALL OUR CONCERNS BECAUSE WE HAD BEEN AT THAT HOUSE FOR 35 YEARS AND WE KNEW THE REAL ESTATE MARKET HAD CHANGED CONSIDERABLY OVER TIME, SO STEVE ASSURED US THAT THE HOUSE WILL SELL FAST CONSIDERING THE SLOW ECONOMY.

My wife and I contacted Steve early one morning regarding a property we had only 1 hour of time to go see as we were leaving the area that morning. Steve arrived at the property within 30 minutes of call. Impressive! We were out of town buyers and Steve was very helpful throughout. All correspondence was by phone, mail or email and Steve made the entire process from the offer through closing fairly simple. The interesting thing was the seller was also out of state. I have bought two houses six or seven years apart. The first one being a multi family as was just starting out. I was looking for a :good deal" and am on the picky side so he had his work cut out for him he worked tirelessly to show properties in the areas and price range I had. I probably looked at somewhere between 40 to 60 places and as we looked my priorities change as did location and Steve took all this in stride to meet my needs. When I did find the house I eventually bought negotiations were tough I wanted a good buy and had opinion I could buy any home and seller could only sell theirs. Steve went back and forth many times in the end Steve did an incredible job! Enough so that he was my first choice for second home this time more established and able to afford a nice home. Since was going to be my dream home my standards were even more rigid I had one location only in mind we literally looked at every home in that market only after exhausting that market did Steve convince me to expand my search area he work to find properties that met my needs again we looked at fifty plus homes before we settled on our home. We had an agreement and purchase was eminent when the water test came back we needed system to adjust ph. The negotiations were tough and I had gone all I could and was ready to walk away. Steve kept can do attitude and even paid his own money to keep deal in place. We moved in and Steve showed up with very nice house warming gift. I was very impressed with tireless work and positive attitude. There will only be one broker I call when ready to buy my next place or selling he is your man. Thank you Steve for all your hard work!

Steve and his staff went far beyond what other brokers had done for us in order to sell our property. He had to deal with difficult personalities to get through much drama to sell a home that became available with a divorce. This was not an easy task but Steve never gave up on selling the house. So we appreciated his efforts
