Stephen is a true professional. His expertise and knowledge of the current housing market and selling process on Long Island were extremely valuable in assisting me in the sale of our family home. This was an Estate Sale and as the executor I was located out of state in Michigan. Stephen's communication and follow up were impressive, he really sets the standard when it comes to being available and communicating effectively. He would even pre-schedule phone calls because of my busy schedule and take calls after hours when I was on my way home from work. This sale had many moving parts and Stephen ensured that everyone involved was always in the loop and knew what was being accomplished and what the next step was. I knew I could trust him, and the insight that he shared from our first phone call to the day of the closing was right on target. During the process Stephen was respectful of all the parties involved and it was clear that he has a strong network in the industry that respects him which proved to be very helpful during the sale process. He understands the details of an estate sale and I would highly recommend him for this type of sale because it is important to have a realtor that knows the details involved to execute this type of sale properly. I have already recommended him to others, and he would be my first phone call if I had another property to sell in New York. Stephen was very effective across all aspects of the transaction. He knew which properties met my needs. He was able to negotiate a better price than I thought possible saving me money. He was very responsive; replying to my texts and phone calls almost imediately. He helped facilitate the closing and I'm happy to say I'm now in my forever home thanks to him.

I had reached out to Stephen after my father passed away in an effort to sell his condo. He was compassionate, diligent, and professional throughout the entire transaction. He was able to walk me through the entire process start to finish and made sure I was updated at each milestone along the way. In a couple years I will be selling my own house and I will 100% be reaching out to him! Highly recommended to anyone who needs an agent they can trust in any sale!
