Steve Doyle had my back at all times from start to finish. Steve is also a listens contractor, his knowledge is this area was invaluable. This is the second time within 4 months that Steve has helped my family close on their homes. We look forward to working with Steve again in the near future. Thanks again for everything.

Steve was outstanding! He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and a skilled negotiator in a competitive market. His experience as a contractor was invaluable in assessing potential homes for underlying issues and renovation ideas- he was very patient and thoughtful answering all of our (many) questions. He was also very kind toward our young children when we had to bring them along to showings. Most impressively he was very direct and decisive in a multiple-offer, time-pressured situation that ultimately got our offer accepted, and was able to negotiate some things in our favor even in a seller’s market! He also helped us navigate through a quick close. Steve is really a one-of-kind realtor who we would recommend without hesitation. We are so lucky we found him, and could not have been happier with the process!

Steve is the epitome of a Professional in the Real Estate Profession. He has very strong domain expertise in Real Estate in general, and also knows his markets and trends extremely well. Steve has strong communication, negotiation and consulting skills, something that is critical to success in the Raleigh / Durham real estate market. We chose Steve based on the recommendation of one of his previous clients, and we do not regret it! My husband and I were first time homebuyers with two small children, and we were hoping to find a move in ready home in the middle of a pandemic. We felt overwhelmed and not entirely sure what we should be focusing on. Steve taught us an incredible amount, not just about the home buying process, but also about how to evaluate a home’s quality and resale value, and how to negotiate a deal that satisfies all parties. Steve was also very patient with us, as we were usually running late, and he often had to answer many of our questions over a fussy baby and a highly energetic 3 year old. He endured our hesitation and undecidedness with no rush and no pressure, as well as tolerated our preschoolers’ attic obsession with grace at every home we visited. We closed on the perfect home for us right before the holidays, thanks to Steve. We came to hold Steve’s opinion so highly by the end of our search, that when he told us the house was “it”, we knew we were done. My husband, who usually experiences buyers’ remorse over the smallest of purchases, is very happy with the home we bought and the deal we negotiated, and I am thrilled with our new home as well.
