We have recently sold two properties and purchased one through the Steve Laret Team with Shannon Schwab as our realtor. With Shannon's and Steve's guidance we sold our farmhouse quickly for over asking price. Shannon not only engaged a stager but also hired a professional photographer whose pictures and videos enhanced the property. After looking at many properties (42 to be exact), Shannon found us just the right home. Her knowledge of the market helped us to take the steps to procure it over many others. The office staff, especially Kelly and Doug, were courteous and professional handling all paperwork with ease. John and I highly recommend Shannon and the Steve Laret Team.

The Laret Team did not disappoint! Always communicative, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. They sold my house quickly and got a great price! This is the third house that The Laret Team has sold for me. I recommend them highly.

My wife and I worked with Jesse and Steve to list an investment property we had for twenty some years. As with most people who are extremely busy, working jobs and real life preclude knowing all the nuances of the real estate market and understanding how to best package a property. Like many people, we put this project off for a while, dreading the uncertainty of a process that was foreign to us. But these two guys were unbelievably attentive to all our questions and concerns. Any issue we asked about was addressed immediately and more importantly , we found their advice and counsel to be top-knotch. I will indeed be sure to recommend Jesse and Steve to anyone who needs an experienced set of hands to guide them through this potentially perilous journey. We are delighted with the results and it was all accomplished within a week. Couldn't have turned out better! Many people sling around the term "integrity" these days to try to set themselves and their services apart. It is an old fashioned term from another era which few people really understand and most of the time it is only remotely applicable. But I will say unequivocally that these guys and their entire team - based on our results and experience - certainly possess it!

Steve is a great realtor. Extremely knowledgeable of the industry and is honest about what it will take to make a competitive offer. He worked around our schedule to view houses and helped us make offers on houses efficiently. He took the time to walk us through all the paperwork from the offer and constantly kept communication open.
