I'm a buyer. I like the fact that Steve let's me make the decisions concerning viewing and/or pursuing the purchase. I also appreciate his honesty. He's straightforward in answering any questions I have, and doesn't "beat around the bush." He's very prompt in responding to my texts, which shows he values my time. He hired outstanding partners to help him cover areas which are too distant from his homebase. One example is Tina Lee. She's prompt, energetic, and very professional & encouraging.

I cannot say enough good things about working with Steve Maxwell. I started out just looking at the possibility of upgrading to a larger home and yard to fit my changing needs. While at the time, I did not have my home listed, Steve mentioned to me that he may already have another client who would be interested in it. The next day, they toured the home, and that night we signed a contract, all without ever having a for sale sign in my yard! He did a competitive market analysis for my home, and I was very pleased with the price I received. At this point I needed to find a home that fulfilled my needs. Steve showed us 4 homes, and at every showing, listened carefully to what we wanted. I felt that Steve really cared about us, and kept watch over the new listings daily, until he called one morning and said he had THE house for us. We went to see it, and told Steve we wanted to make an offer immediately. He put together the offer, and by that night it was accepted. All along the way, even after closing, Steve kept in contact with us, and made himself available for any questions or concerns we had. The whole process was smooth, all due to Steve's diligence, good communication, and advice. He has even given us many good recommendations for local vendors and services. If he hadn't been watching the listings closely, we would easily have missed out on our new home of our dreams. We are so grateful to him, he made the process of selling and then buying a home a breeze. Thank you Steve!

Steve was excellent to work with. We were living out of town at the time of our purchase and he was there every step of the way. He responded almost immediately every time we called and if he couldn't he called back with in a timely manner. He was willing to answer any question we had and went out of his way to make us as comfortable with the buying process as possible. I would highly recommend Steve Maxwell as your next realtor.

Excellent service, he listened to what we wanted. Was responsive in returning calls and reassuring us that everything would work out. Steve is a very positive person and believes the customer should get what they are looking for. We kept him looking or over a year and went back and forth on what we were looking for, however, Steve never gave up on trying to help us. Even with our very unique situation.

Steve was very professional handling our search for an Anthem at Merrill Ranch property. His local knowledge of the area helped keep our search focused to our wants and lessened our viewings on homes that were outside our desired priorities. I highly recommend Steve for your future property purchase. Keith
