I've worked with Steven over the last year to make my first home purchase and I couldn't recommend him enough to any buyer/seller beginning their journey. Steven is extremely knowledgeable of the Central Florida region as well as all the small little home buying/selling details, laws, etc that may trip to average person up. Throughout my process he was always exceptionally patient, poised, and ready to move on my behalf as a resource no matter the direction I wanted to go.

Steven did an amazing job selling our house in Orlando FL. We listed with him because as soon as we met him, we felt he was knowledgable about the market, easy to work & communicate with. His professional pictures and the story he wrote about our house sold the house in 1 day after 1 showing. He was always there to answer questions and respond quickly and overall created a smooth process from the beginning to the end. Steven has helped me with reviewing several properties over the years. When I visited Orlando, he helped me with viewing several of his shortlisted properties to get a good flavor of what my criteria was. He has been an excellent partner, providing unbiased and honest feedback on each of the properties we shortlisted. As an out of state buyer, I really appreciate someone who can give me good, bad and ugly for each of the properties discussed. He was always candid when a given property didn’t meet my criteria.
