I Have used Steve in numerous home purchases and sales in the last 22 years and have been extremely pleased with all of his work, knowledge, and efforts placed in helping me, but also putting out all the extra efforts to help all parties involved. all of our transactions have always been very professional, and he has always been so informative to the market and wanting what was best for me.

My mother had to sell the home that she lived in for many years. Steve went to her Assisted Living residence to go over the whole selling process. He listened to her concerns and made sure that she was confident in the asking price and how he was going to handle the sale. Throughout the entire process Steve was there to ensure that everything went smoothly. This included coordinating the various vendors (staging team, lawn care team, camera crew, construction handy man, etc.) that were involved in making sure that the house looked its best. Steve expertly handled the negotiation process and made sure that my mother got top dollar for her home. Steve also was the Real Estate agent when we needed to sell our home. His marketing strategy and negotiation skills helped us get 30% more than we ever expected to get for our home! I would recommend Steve to anyone who is buying or selling their home. He really cares about the people he works with and it shows!!

From start to finish, Steve displayed an exceptional level of professionalism, expertise and empathy in selling our late mother's home. He plainly communicated what our approach should be, had his team complete updates to the home, kept in communication every step of the way and managed every detail. Steve is beyond amazing!! He helped us buy our first house back in 2009. We didn't know anything and he walked us through every little thing. If he saw something that wasn't good he would let us know, like a pooling of water or a crack in the foundation. He got us a great deal on the house of our dreams. It was way nicer than we thought we could afford. He showed us a million houses and was always happy to do it. Recently we decided to sell that house and Steve was our first call. He sold our house in under a month with a full price offer. He helped us find a carpet cleaner and a HVAC guy when it was time for the inspection. I highly recommend him!!!! To go with anyone else would be a bad decision!
