It’s been about 17 years since we purchased a home. Out of pure chance, we found a home that we fell in love it. We went from not even thinking about moving to full on move mode. When we decided to list, Uri, Stephen and the entire team, really got the wheels rolling. We were given excellent guidance, suggestions and support along the entire journey. Many of my selling/buying questions popped into my head late at night and they were always answered promptly. Uri & team went to bat for us on the new house and because of their diligence, our offer was accepted. Uri sold our current home during the FIRST open house and we are closing in one month one both homes in one month. Thank you all, for helping us sell our home of 17 years and helping us purchase our forever home!!

Phenomenal, Amazing, Intelligent and Incredible! Steven and the NM Home Deals team were absolutely amazing to work with for the purchase of our new home. Not only did they go above and beyond to help our family find our dream home, they were available for questions and follow ups throughout the entire process. Steven knows how to think outside of the box when it comes to the offer table. He helped put things in perspective and provided key negotiating components that respected both the seller and the buyer. Overall, our experience was absolutely incredible and positive from start to finish. Sahar was great. She was always professional, responsive and never left any of my questions unanswered. There was so much competition at our price range, but Sahar was able to get us under contract and now we are home owners! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Steve Radikinski was great. He quickly sold our two adjoining lots for over the asking price with multiple offers made. He was professional, responsive, friendly & always found solutions to title issues that arose because of this being an inheritance; which also meant navigating through multiple government agencies to bring the property up to code. Steve was a real professional and a pleasure to work with & I highly recommend him.
