    Steven helped my buy these two properties, and now he has helped me sell them. Because I live out of the country, it was really Steven who took care of everything for me in this sale, all the way through closing. The properties sold ABOVE what I was hoping for, and both sales were free of drama (for ME, at least). Steven is really good at what he does, and I know he likes his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an agent. John

    Steven made my first home buying experience a breeze. He was very responsive with what we were looking for and was available when ever I needed additional guidance. Even in a tough buying market, he was able to find us a home that checked all the boxes in a short timeframe. I could not be happier with our new home and I’d recommend Steven to anyone, first time home buyers and experienced ones alike.

    Samantha worked with us for nine months to find a home. She always answered my call with any questions. She sold our old house and negotiated the best deal for us. We will use her again, she was always professional & down to earth honest. Highly recommend.

    I used Samantha as my agent in 2019 when she was with another team, to purchase my first home and I would not (and did not) recommend her for a first time home buyer. Samantha is great with communication and shes knowledgeable about real estate but she is not very good with client relations and professionalism. She wasn't very knowledgeable about the area(s) I was searching for a home in. I believe that Samantha is more money/commission focused verse client focused and that's something that future clients should know. Certain things that went on with my home buying process (NOT on Samantha's end but with the builder) would usually be a no-go with other agents and the agent would probably advise their client not to work with this builder but if you are more commission focused verses client focus, then I can see how an agent would let certain things slide. I LOVE my home, especially since it has been remodeled a bit. I've recently gotten engaged and my partner and I have decided to look for homes in the Paces Ferry location and it's a shame I could not continue to use Samantha as my (our) agent for my next home.

    Mr. Karpiak very kindly and competently walked with us through the process of listing our home and navigating the market during the uncertain time of the COVID-19 pandemic. In spite of all of the uncertainty, he helped us to not sweat the small stuff and helped us focus on the action items that really mattered to make the sale. His marketing plan was very effective and we sold our home at the price point we had hoped for, without hassle. I strongly recommend him to anyone ready to make a move and looking for an agent to help make it happen.
