Sue was so great to work with! She helped us manage our rental property in DuPont, WA for many years, and when we decided to sell it, she made the entire process so easy and smooth, especially with us living out of state. Dan did an amazing job helping us navigate a pretty untraditional home purchase that we competed in March 2024. There were lots of hoops and barriers to purchase that he guided us through. If he didn't know something he was quick to track down resources, and man is Dan connected! We would like to recognize Ms. Brittany Ulrich as an outstanding realtor and our property manager for over the past 3 years. She just recently helped us sell our home in Lacey, WA.
