10/5 STARS! THIS IS YOUR REALTOR. I apologize that this review is so long, but I have so many great things to say about Suman. The relief of having a realtor I could talk openly with, ask my questions, and I knew would get me the best outcome was such a dream. After meeting with several realtors, I immediately felt Suman was the right choice for us. Her presence was comfortable and friendly, but also so professional and knowledgable. I instantly felt her level of experience and trusted she could handle whatever was thrown at her. (Turns out our house through a lot at her.) She thoroughly reviewed the upgrades we had already made to our home, happily provided input on paint colors and other aesthetic choices, and personally managed the painters and carpeting company we hired, and she connected us with an excellent stagers, inspectors and cleaning team. (The cleaning team did an AMAZING job!) We had to leave town prior to listing and we literally handed the keys to Suman and she handled everything from there. During the showing process she called us regularly with updates and insight, was incredibly responsive to any questions we had, and helped us make decisions like when to hire additional inspections, extend the deadline for the offer, etc. I never felt any pressure on decisions, but she provided the information and an opinion when I asked her for one. The outcome was amazing. We got an aggressive offer far above what we were expecting! During the close process there were an almost comical number of complications (none of them were anyone's fault) and Suman provided me updates after she pre-negotiated each one with the buyers on my behalf. She always arrived with detailed information, solutions, options, and a positive attitude that we could find our way through it. I honestly thought we would have to go back to market but she got our deal closed without a single concession or reduction in price! It's such a small thing, but I honestly feel like we became friends in the process. Through a four month prep-listing-closing process I trusted she would find us the best outcomes and honestly worried about the sale very little. She made everything so easy. Definitely hire her.

Words are not enough to express our gratitude for all of Suman’s hard work. She helped us tremendously in finding a place we can call “home”. We have been so fortunate to have her along side our home buying journey specially in this time of pandemic when the uncertainties are heightened, and the competition on finding a house was extremely high. Nevertheless, she was always there to listen and answer our questions. From the very beginning, she provided us with great information and walked us through the entire process from finding our house all the way up to closing and getting our keys. Trust me, we were probably the hardest clients she had to work with. She handled all our crazy requests with great understanding. I don’t think she ever sleeps. She meets with us super early in the morning and even late at night! She worked with our schedule which was amazing. Every house we wanted to see she organized and made time accordingly and she always keeps us up to date with what is out there. I loved that she was on the same wavelength as us. My advice to future home buyers is trust Suman. Everything she says is valid. Listen to her advice when she pulls the comps. If you find the house you really love, listen to her feedback because what she says is the exact deal, she was always spot on and knows the pulse of the market. Overall, we are now satisfied home owners!

As a first-time home buyer, we were looking for a realtor who can guide us through the process of home buying. We are glad, that we found that in Suman. We had a great experience working with her. Beside laying down the fundamentals of home buying, she provided us a personalized buying experience catering to our needs. Even if she is a busy realtor, we were really impressed by her response time. Anytime, we had a question, we were able to get a timely response from her either by text or phone call. Interestingly we closed our deal during the shelter in place time. It was definitely an anxious time for us, but she was flexible enough to accommodate all our requests. Suman guided us at every step from going through the inspection reports, and educating us about the loan close process and the escrow. Suman is extremely professional and knowledgeable realtor. We had a great pleasure working with her and would definitely recommend her. Thanks Suman for all your good work !

Suman was excellent! As first time home buyers it was important for us to find someone that not only understood the local market, but someone who really takes the time to help first time home buyers feel as comfortable as possible. Suman did just that. Her introduction to the process complimented by her kind and easy going personality provided us the motivation and support we needed. She was very professional, easy to talk to, and quick to respond. Not once did we feel uncomfortable asking all our questions, even repeats. Her patience and listening skills are commendable and admirable. She really made an extra effort to make sure we had a good experience. I will never forget and would highly recommend her services. She was a pleasure working with and getting to know.

We met Suman through a referral from a former real estate agent in Colorado. We were a bit wary of the process moving from San Diego to the Bay Area knowing the reputation of Bay Area real estate. During our introduction phone call, Suman immediately put our concerns at ease with her expertise and explanation and approach to the Bay Area home buying process. Our timeline for finding a home and moving was very tight; we hoped to make one house hunting trip to the Bay Area. We knew one weekend to find a home was a huge ask, but Suman was up to the task. She worked with us during the weeks leading up to the trip reviewing listings, listening to our needs, and honing in on a plan of attack for the weekend. I think we looked at 15+ homes in one day - Suman was as engaged, supportive, and understanding on the 15th home as she was on the first. Suman helped guide us through the process as we selected the home we wanted, drafted the offer, and eventually got the house! She was amazing during every step leading up the final walk through and getting our keys. Suman worked closely with the bank financing us and played a huge role in us successfully closing early before a holiday weekend. Suman is not only an excellent real estate agent but also a kind, interesting, and wonderful person that we truly enjoy spending time with.
