Summer was very helpful in finding my house. I had found another one but it just didn't work out and had to rescind my offer. I was glad as I know I wouldn't have been happy there. I saw this house on the internet and fell in love with it. So since I'm out of state I had my cousin look at it with Summer. My cousin was impressed with it too. So I ended up flying to NM and looked at it myself. It was what I wanted so I put in an offer. I had a few questions and Summer helped me with them. She's very knowledgeable and helpful. I was so happy having her for my real estate agent. She's one of the best. I highly recommend her!

Summer was wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgeable. She helped us buy our house in 2018 and helped us sell that house 6 years later. She was amazing to work with.

Summer worked hard to make my sale go through! Her local knowledge was invaluable. She assisted finding a Structural Engineer to permit a previously un permited garage. Summer will be my only Realtor!

Summer was AWESOME! We were shopping from out of state and she told us all of the best local spots. She even got our locks changed for us while we were preparing to move from out of town. She handled hostile buyers, and with our first property (it fell through to no fault of her own), she made sure that everything that seller was offering was actually what we would get. When it wasn't, she handled it and helped us find our dream house. We will use Summer again if we ever need to buy. You will be in great hands with her!
