What can I say about Hadley and the Elston team. They were beyond knowledgeable and helped me find my forever home. It is always hard to find someone that takes the time to walk you through everything and deals with your almost constant questions but she did it with patience, knowledge, and a smile.

I highly recommend Steve and Sunny Elston! Their deep knowledge of the local market and understanding of my needs made my home-buying process seamless. One of the worst experiences of my life. Sunny Elston was extremely disrespectful and condescending after we went under contract. She pushed for us to bid over asking versus attempting to negotiate when there were no other offers made. She spoke ill of one of her daughters which should have been a red flag. She spoke ill of me to my spouse. Very unprofessional and only looked our for her own pocket. She disappeared after we were under contract with the exception of belittling me when I asked questions. Do not put yourself in the horrible position I was put it. Avoid the Elston Team, especially Sunny, if you value your dignity and money.

Hadley is fantastic. She was patient when driving us to many listings, knowledgeable when explaining the home buying process in Washington, and dedicated to following through on all of our questions. I am glad we worked with Hadley.

Steve is a great real estate agent who provided valuable guidance and support throughout my home buying process. Some examples: 1. When we found a home that I really liked because of its feel and was considering purchasing it as an investment property, Steve took the time to walk me through the pros and cons of buying it for investment purposes versus as a primary residence. His clear explanations of what to look for when purchasing an investment property were very helpful in guiding me to make the right decision. 2. Steve also put together a spreadsheet that captured the projected rate of return on the investment based on various factors like purchase price, costs incurred, etc. Seeing the power of compounding returns illustrated in the spreadsheet he provided was very helpful. 3. Steve was also very responsive. He promptly replied to my texts even in the late evening hours. I highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for a top-notch real estate agent who will go the extra mile for his clients.
