I have known Susan for years and when it was time to buy a new home I know she would be the one to help us find one. It took us some time to find what we were looking for but whenever I found something that I wanted to see Susan always made it happen quickly. We bought during a sellers market and Susan always said you need to move fast and she was always right. When we found our home we just purchased, Susan was with us every step of the way. The location was a little farther than normal but she would meet us there whenever it was needed. The day we closed we weren’t sure it was going to happen because of a CO, but when it did, Susan said “I will be there”. She changed her whole schedule around to make it to the house for the walk through and closing. Call Susan you won’t be disappointed.

There isn't a better real estate agent than Susan!!! Susan assisted us in the purchase of our condo for 3 months. She is very informative without being pushy. She is very candid, honest and sincere. Susan has many years experience and much expertise in the area we purchased, and she was instrumental in establishing a reasonable purchase price while considering future resale value. Susan was also very helpful and involved in all aspects of the closing. Susan was always very approachable and responsive, and always gave us great insight and advice.

From the the 1st day that Susan rang our doorbell Pam and I knew she was the agent for us when we were ready to sell our home in Apple Ridge.
