Susan genuinely cares about her clients and always, always goes above and beyond. We have been consistently impressed with her expertise, patience, and knowledge of Dana Point and the surrounding areas. She helped guide us through the negotiation and has stayed engaged long after the sale. Susan has a great network of service providers (general contractors, designers, hvac, electrician, plumbing, etc) and she actively connected us to them. I would highly recommend Susan to anyone looking to buy a home in the Dana Point area. As first time home buyers and new to the area, she was invaluable in guiding us through the process. She spent time getting to know us and our preferences and she knew right away when a home was or wasn't for us. She's a great communicator, incredibly responsive, and an overall joy to work with. She helped us purchase our home as the backup offer despite other higher offers because she knew what the seller valued. She is truly the best realtor in Dana Point and we could not have asked for someone better to work with on our journey purchasing our first home!
