My husband, Erik, and I were unsure how the process of home buying would be during COVID-19. With Susan’s partnership, it turned out to be an incredibly positive experience. Susan was very responsive to calls, emails, and questions during the entire process even after we bought our home. She is empathetic, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and consistently demonstrated that she always had our best interests. As a result, we found and are now owners of our dream home in E. Durham. As a point of reference, we’ve worked with another agent in the past and feel that Susan was a much better fit for us. We recently recommended her to friends of ours who are interested in buying their first home. We wouldn’t do that (or write this review) if we didn’t think she was excellent at what she does.
