Incredibly patient, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Sue worked with my husband and I, traveling far out of her market, to show us homes we were interested in across a period of a year and a half. Ultimately we chose a home in Vero Beach and our travel dates did not align with Sue's schedule. She gave up our purchase, found us a great agent in the town we were buying in and took only a referral fee for all her time and trouble. I would work with Sue at any given opportunity as she was also enjoyable to get to know as an individual. She truly desires to do what's best for her client and I can't speak highly enough about her!

I am so thankful for Susan! We lived out of state and with her help and expertise we were able to purchase our home flawlessly. She gave us a tour of the home by skype, handled all aspects of the purchase flawlessly, was kind, helpful and supportive throughout the entire process!!! I can’t say enough about her - she is amazing and you’d be lucky to have her as your realtor! We sure were.

Sue Goldthrop is the best! Sue was there for my husband and me selling our Florida home! Sue went over and above at every turn for us! I can’t say enough thanks and wonderful words for Sue! Sue was instrumental in my selling two duplexes in Cocoa. These were rental properties and would be sold to other investors, not to people looking to buy a home for themselves. For this reason, it takes a unique kind of Realtor, one who understands this special segment of the market. Sue is active in a number of different property investor groups and got many people to look at the properties. This generated a lot of offers and negotiations proceeded on a number of them, but the buyer and I couldn't come to a win-win solution. Nevertheless, Sue kept at it and finally last month an offer emerged that showed promise. There were a number of counter offers until we came to a mutual agreement. However, an agreement doesn't mean anything until the closing has taken place. The buyer tried a number of different tactics to skew a better outcome for himself. Sue kept me appraised of everything that was happening and was a good sounding board. Knowing that Sue would stand by me even if the deal fell through made it easy for me to hold my ground. In the end, the buyer dropped his additional demands and the property closed a couple of weeks ago. I am very satisfied with Sue as my agent in selling my investment properties. If you are looking to buy or sell, especially in the sub-category of investment properties, Sue Goldthorp should be the only person you call.
