Susan did an outstanding job assisting me in selling a house I inherited. She was extremely patient waiting for the county to issue my letter of testimony and stayed in touch with me for the nine long months it took to get it. She was knowledgeable about what sells and what I need to do and not do. She never wasted my time or money regarding listing the house. Once the letter was issued, the house was up and on the market. Her team conducted 1 open house weekend and got 11 offers and kept me abreast of what was going on. Susan always answered her phone/text whenever I had a question. She knew what would sell, how to sell it. She understood my circumstances, went above and beyond to make everyone happy. I'm glad to have met her and would recommend her, as I just recently did. Hoping they have the same great experience as I did.
