Susan did a wonderful job from start to finish! She walked us through the selling process and was very open about what to expect. She did a fantastic job showing our home and getting us multiple offers within one week of listing it! We couldn’t have picked a better agent to work with in the sale of our home! She’s very personable too and easy to get along with. Highly recommend her!

We have now used Susan on eight transactions in Riverside. Susan's local knowledge and contacts within the Riverside market are extensive and invaluable when purchasing or selling a home. Furthermore, unlike agents I have used in the past, Susan is extremely forward thinking and proactive. I rarely ever had to reach out to Susan as she went above and beyond keeping my wife and I well informed throughout the process. In instances where we sold a home, we received more than the initial asking price. On homes we purchased, Susan always had up to date information on where the Sellers were in the process. As a result, we were able to make informed decisions which led to us getting the house we wanted each time.
