Working with Susy was amazing! I had been in the mortgage industry for 9 years when it was time to sell my home. I worked with many realtors during my time as a loan officer, so I knew that Susy was hard working, very knowledgeable, and was a strong advocate for her clients. I was not disappointed! There was so much I did not know how to negotiate when it came to selling a house, and Susy had all the answers. Susy has been a realtor for decades and knows the area and experts that are often needed when selling a home, i.e. contractors, well and pump, heating and air, foundation, etc. I am so happy that I chose Susy as my realtor and I would choose her again!
