Sue Sherlock was a phenomenal realtor to work with from start to finish. She worked to find us the perfect home for our family and needs. Especially given the conditions of the pandemic, she was very understanding and accommodating when it came to helping us visit homes. We have been in our new home for over 6 months now, thanks to Sue’s help, and could not be happier. She is very knowledgeable about the Eastham area, and her long-time experience shows in her professionalism, recommendations, and real estate guidance. Incredible experience working with Sue! She was knowledgeable experienced and trustworthy. After our first meeting with her we could tell she wasn’t just trying to sell a house she was trying to help us a find a home and clearly takes immense pride in that role, we were so impressed we opted to move forward with our our own realtor and we park directly with Sue, who was the sellers realtor. She was with us every step of the way, providing recommendations anytime we needed them for inspectors, insurers, she even helped us get a builder to check something out for us on a days notice in July on cape! All of her recommendations lined up with things we heard from others in town (including my parents who live nearby) it felt really good to know Sue was really recommending the best and not just trying to get a house sold. Even after closing she gave us some tips about where we could pic up fixtures and curtains nearby so we could enjoy as much of the summer as possible in our new home! If your buying, selling, or just figuring out what comes next for you- do yourself a favor and reach out to Sue, a true local professional! I can’t say enough about how positive our experience has been!

We were so lucky to have been paired up with Suzanne Sherlock! She helped us find the perfect house, which was a foreclosure and ended up being a complicated process. She was there fore us every step of the way and available whenever we needed her. Her advice and hard work got a us a great deal on our house and helped everything go smoothly. She was lovely to work with and I got so used to talking to her almost every day. She is kind and cares so much about her work. I absolutely recommend working with her!!

Sue is a superstar agent on the Outer Cape. She is a whirlwind and a virtual yellow pages of who/what/where, giving endlessly of her time and connecting people to each other to get things done. She is great at turning deals around at breakneck pace, all the while making sure that everyone is happy. We were so lucky to have found Sue who found our dream house for us. Highly recommend as both a buyer's and seller's agent, as she has the agility and grace to do both (in our case simultaneously).
