In marketing my sister's vacant property, Sven understood we needed to maximize our profit and minimize closing time. Within hours after committing to Andersen Group, the painting and carpeting personnel were there to give estimates and start dates. All of their suggestions significantly improved the unit to minmize market time and increase eye appeal. Every step of the sale process was well-communicated between Andersen Group members and us.
