Tammy and Eric Doverspike assisted us with the sale of our home this summer and they were excellent to work with from start to finish! They were professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond in every respect. We were out of town during much of the time the house was under contract. Tammy and Eric facilitated communication and meetings with inspectors and handymen in our absence and made the whole process seamless and manageable. We would give them the highest recommendation for anyone seeking assistance from a realtor.

Tammy was great! She is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and understoos what my family was looking for. She helped show us houses we would love and found us find our home!

We moved to Gulf Breeze from out of state and needed someone we could work with long distance. We started our search a year in advance which meant Tammy had to invest a lot of time and effort without a payback. She did this for us seamlessly. She showed a great deal of patience, energy, and encouragement when we were frustrated by the process. After our move Tammy was still there providing us with local information and suggestions to get ourselves settled. She was "5 Star" all the way.

We we're put in contact with Mrs. Tammy through USSA and she was Simply the best !! This is our first & forever home and she walked and talked us through every step as well as asked questions we didn't really think to ask to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. She became more than just a real estate agent but a valued friend to us. We will certainly recommend her to all friends and family in the market to buy a home.
