Tammy is a first-class agent with exceptional talent. We first met Tammy in 2014 when inquiring about a house in North Iredell. She took us on as a client and immediately impressed us with her knowledge and experience. She was always very patient with us and allowed us to take our time in searching out potential properties in the area. We bought a great house on one acre and had a smooth transaction. Four years later we decided to take advantage of the strong market and pursue our dream of finding a house with some acreage. We knew immediately we wanted to use Tammy to list our house for sale. She promptly listed our house and in a matter of days we were presented with a fair offer, closing shortly after. She continued working with us to help us find another property. I was totally impressed with Tammy Kennedy's listing of my home in rural Hamptonville, NC. I had my home listed with a prior realtor with absolutley minimun results. I then reviewed in great depth and research for a Class A realtor......a go getter with proven results who would give me constant feedback along with Leadership skills to go the extra mile in selling my home at a Top Market Price. Tammy worked with us over a year. She showed us many homes and was always accommodating. Very knowledge and honest. I would most definitely use her as my realtor again and would highly recommend her to others.

We couldn't have asked for a better realtor! Tammy was very patient with us as first-time home buyers. She was never pushy and allowed us to explore all the different options before finding the perfect house for us. She was a pleasure to work with - she was always prompt and responsive and she worked well around our busy schedules. We really enjoyed seeing houses with her - she offered great insight, she was knowledgable about every property, and she spent as long (or short) as we needed at each house. Once we found our house, Tammy jumped into action right away and advocated for us throughout the entire closing process. We would recommend Tammy to anyone searching for a realtor in the area. She will undoubtedly do an excellent job and will make any home buyer or seller very happy!
