Tammy has been a true pleasure to work with. Upon our first meeting, she had already "done her homework" and was prepared with comps of the area and an outline of the marketing plan she would use to sell our home. She was honest yet tactful in what was good about the house, any minor changes we needed to make and any challenges we would face in selling. Once we signed with her, she did a tremendous job of following up with all prospective buyer's agents and sharing any feedback she received. She was also excellent at keeping us patient and not investing money in the house we would not be able to recoup. Now that we have contracted, she has been on top of all the details, including being a great negotiator to get us top dollar for our home. She understands the market and does a wonderful job of looking out for her clients.

Tammy did a fantastic job! She offered personalized service, and was excellent at being our sales advocate! Educating us on all stages of the sale, we appreciated her thorough approach and outstanding communication skills!

What a great agent. I had one day to find a place and we didn't. so she was willing to go on her own, video the places and make recommendations. I found a great place, or she did, and am loving it. I highly recommend Tammy.

Tammy Lowe is professional, energetic, and hard-working. I have worked ith her to buy a home AND then rent it out. She always answers her phone and provided excellent service. I highly recommend her!
