I called Tanya, desperate, after my house being on the market for 5 months with another realtor, with very few showings and not one offer. I was desperate to get my house sold fast. Tanya came in as a solid real estate professional with proven solutions. She made recommendations and had the house staged by a professional staging company, which made a big difference, she ordered for new photos and a virtual walk-thru to be completed and the results were amazing. We were immediately busy with showings and 11 days after listing with her, I got an offer for an acceptable amount and we went to closing 30 days later. Tanya was there to help, advise and support me through the entire process. She was amazing and made me it feel easy and seamless and I got the results I was looking for. Tanya Papandrea is an exceptional real estate professional. When we moved to Pittsboro from Florida in 2020 Tanya helped us purchase our new home. Since then, she has helped our daughter with the purchase of a new home and sale of their previous home - twice. We recently purchased a new home in the Encore development of Chatham Park. Of course, we called on Tanya to be our buyer agent and to list our previous home for sale. She gave us stellar service on both transactions.
