I had a good experience talking and communicating with Tara about a property that I wanted to buy in Naples, FL. She was prompt in her responses by providing detail on the property. Tara is knowledgeable about the housing market in Naples, FL. She went above and beyond helped me understand the market and the process of buying the property.

She’s one of the best out there. Works really hard, communicates very well, and very informative. She is very good at what she does and she gives you the real and honest opinion. We recently purchased a condominium in Cape Coral, FL and she was kind enough to actually go and check out the property for us and gave us a good description right when she was done. She also went out of her way to get us some credit back because the seller didn’t enclosed the right information about the property. I will highly recommend her, and we will definitely purchase our next property in Florida with her.

I had two days to spare to come to Florida from out of state to look for a home. Tara did extensive research to prepare and I was able to find what I needed the first day. She negotiated the price down, helped me with my financing , and referred me to great tradespeople. She is the total package!

Tara helped us sell our condo from out-of-state (Mass) and during COVID-19. Tara was very professional and extremely understanding under these weird circumstances. We're very thankful she got the job done!
