We were seriously considering using an app to sell our home. When things got complicated with our home sale, these guys jumped in and everything became a breeze. What should have been an awful, stressful, complicated process, became the smoothest, easiest and least stressful thing ever. We love this team and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone trying to buy or sell a home. We’ll be back next time we buy or sell a house.

I couldn't say anything better about Taylor Frampton and his entire team during the purchase of our last property. It was a complicated purchase with many addendums and negotiation. Taylor found us our ideal property quickly, showed prowess in navigating the many documents, and always responded immediately. I felt this was his only deal though I know he had many others going on at the same time. I would recommend Taylor and his entire team to any of my friends and family and would trust him to get them the best deal possible.

We needed help in finding just the right investment property and Taylor Frampton and his team were able to help us pinpoint the right area and price point. They have a great team in place to help with every aspect of the process, including a quick closing which the seller was requesting.

Taylor was great to work with. I have always been nervous to work with a real estate agent but he came highly recommended to us and we couldn't have been more pleased. He helped us sell our property and then find our dream home in our price range. His attention to detail and willingness to stick with us as we searched was a real comfort. His team was so friendly and communicative that we never had a doubt where we stood and all our questions were answered!

We absolutely loved working with Ally to find and purchase our first home! From the very start I was amazed at Ally's quick responses to all our inquiries. Whenever a new home came on the market that fit our requirements, she was immediately in contact with us about it. She was also able quickly to set up viewings for each home that we wished to see. Ally gave us a lot of great insight as we viewed homes. She pointed out various aspects of each home for us to consider that we may have overlooked. When we found the home that we wanted to purchase, Ally worked with us to submit an offer that very night. As the home was likely to have multiple offers, Ally suggested that we write a letter to the seller to include in our offer explaining why we loved the home. The seller's agent later told us that our letter was a big contributing factor in why our offer was accepted over other similar offers. In addition to all of this, Ally is very personable and fun to work with. We never felt any pressure from her to view or put an offer in on any home, her main concern was making sure that we had a good house hunting experience and that we ultimately ended up with a home that we love. We do love our new home and are truly for all of Ally's help. We will definitely recommend Ally to any of our friends or family who are looking for homes in the area in the future.
