Ted helped me find a rental that speaks to me. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted + what would work best for myself + 4 kids - based on my own research + experience living in Parker. Ted recommended we look at one additional property that he thought would be a good fit for my needs, lifestyle + aesthetic. Turns out, he was right and his suggestion was by far the best fit for me. He calmly and professionally talked with the property manager + helped me find an available townhome when 3 bedroom units of any kind are very hard to come by at this time. Within 24 hours, my application was accepted + my lease was signed + complete. I can finally plan on moving my life forward in a new home. Ted has a way of learning details about his clients + matching them to a property that speaks to them with his extensive knowledge of the Parker area. Thanks, Ted! Ted knows Parker, CO like the back of his hand and will find you your dream home in the perfect neighborhood and/or walk you through the selling process with expertise and grace. We moved out of state and sold our home with Ted, he went above and beyond to ensure everything went as smooth as possible. I cannot say enough about our experience working with Ted, he genuinely cares about his clients and is always working on their behalf. Ted is so responsive and on top of things to make sure everything keeps moving and nothing stalls. Buying/selling a home is a big emotional event and we felt so thankful that Ted was in our corner during the entire experience. Ted showed us an abundant amount of homes in a short period of time since we were just moving to this area from out of state. He knew just what we were looking for. His knowledge of the area and friendly attitude made the journey enjoyable. We found our dream home with a fabulous view. Final arrangements went very smoothly and we have been enjoying our new life here in the Denver area.

Ted went above and beyond working to sell my home through some unusual and trying circumstances, which included negotiating with the buyers through a roofing warranty issue. Throughout the entire process, he was extremely responsive and communicative. He kept me informed every step of the way and always made himself available to answer any questions or concerns I had. His level of dedication and commitment to his clients is truly impressive. I cannot recommend him enough!
