Teddy was amazing to work with! He got my listing up quickly and efficiently, handling every detail with precision. He pushed me to make sure I was getting the best deal and advocated for me every step of the way. He went out of his way to make sure I had personalized photos taken to make my unit stand out above the rest. My home was scooped up faster than I expected, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend Teddy for anyone looking for an agent in DC!

Teddy is an excellent realtor, great to work with, and really goes above and beyond in helping his customers find their home! I really enjoyed working with Teddy and found that he made the home search process much easier to navigate. His expertise was crucial in the process, and whenever he didn't immediately know the answer to a question, Teddy took the time to find the answer and provided excellent guidance. Teddy accommodated my work schedule to find the time for viewings and was extremely proactive in finding homes that met the criteria we discussed. I absolutely recommend working with Teddy!

To those looking to buy a home in the DMV area, I cannot recommend Teddy enough as a realtor! He is incredibly knowledgeable about all parts of the home buying process, from making an offer, securing financing, performing inspections and addressing issues that arise, and finishing the closing process. I was seeking a one-bedroom unit in DC, and after several months of searching, I became discouraged by the high prices and almost gave up on my dream of homeownership. When I connected with Teddy last fall and told him about my situation, he took it upon himself to try and find the perfect unit for me, given my most important criteria that I shared with him. Within a week, we had a few great options. I ended up touring one of the units that Teddy identified and I loved it! Even better, the unit that Teddy found was priced at a great value, and was well within my budget. It truly felt like a dream come true! Teddy was absolutely phenomenal to work with throughout the home buying process, from making an offer to settlement. Teddy was on top of all the relevant deadlines and made sure to send me reminders if there were any items that needed my attention. Even though buying a house requires a ton of paperwork, I felt that all the paperwork was very manageable, and I know this was due to all the work that Teddy was doing in the background. I always felt confident that we were doing everything that needed to be done to reach settlement. Teddy is a stylish guy and stays up-to-date on design trends. Thus, he has not only been my realtor, but has also served as a design consultant as I consider different options for my home renovation. From countertops to tile to flooring and appliances, Teddy has provided his valuable feedback and has helped me design the condo so that it is a place I truly love. When I was looking for a realtor, I wanted to find someone who I could consider a friend – someone who I could be honest with, and someone who I could trust to be honest with me in return. I wanted a realtor who I knew had my best interest in mind and who cared about me as a client, not someone who just saw me as an opportunity to make commission. After working with Teddy for the past few months, I am so happy that he has become a close friend and someone who I can trust and turn to with any questions I have about my home. It’s obvious from all of the work that Teddy has done for me that he only has my best interest at heart, and would do anything necessary to ensure I could secure my dream home.
