Tein helped to make what I thought wasn’t likely to become a reality. I wasn’t sure I was ready to be a home owner but his perseverance, experience, and negotiation skills proved me wrong. He also had recommendations and contact numbers for any service I wanted/needed for the home. Even after closing on the home, he was still willing to help with any questions I had. I really appreciate all of his help and diligence in this process and would recommend him to anyone looking or even interested in purchasing a home.

Tein was able to help us sell our home in Suffolk in a timely manner and made it an extremely easy process especially with me being an out of state owner. We had some issues with septic pop up along with other repairs but he was able to get the septic sold as is and as well had all of the proper resources for repairs to be paid out at closing. He was hardworking, the communication was great and always had the proper solutions.
