Teresa was professional and accessible. When we called her, she was there. She met us bringing a very professional looking notebook full of comps that showed us current market rates in the area and discussed what we could expect. She had a great photographer who made our place look large and beautiful. She calmed us down when we were stressed. We met Teresa in June and we had a contract in July, probably the slowest month for real estate. We were very happy with Teresa and would use her again.

We got very lucky we were matched with Teresa. She provided us with her expertise and knowledge and gave us sound guidance throughout the buying process. She really cared for us and made sure we were taken care of. She went above and beyond for us and it made the stressful process a lot easier with her in our corner. I would highly recommend her services.

Teresa is a very energetic agent, she really helped and encouraged us a lot at all times. She was there in each and every step of our home buying process. She is very patient, dependable, and responsible. She has a very good knowledge about the area and the job that she is doing. She has good referrals of the handyman. She answered each and every questions/clarifications that we asked any time. She is very organized and punctual in acknowledging and in responding. We would definitely recommend Teresa to make the home buying process smoother and easier.

Teresa did a great job.. she definitely knows the market and has great negotiating techniques. She was able to sell my warehouse and help be find land to invest in for a future home build. Definitely would recommend!!!

Teresa was great to work with. She was very responsive and she took the time to clear her busy schedule to accommodate showings with little notice from me. I would use her services again and would recommend her to others. She’s very knowledgeable about the current market conditions. The loan officer she referred me to was also wonderful. I couldn't have closed on my home without their assistance/team work.
