Teri did an excellent job selling our property. Very knowledgeable, easy to contact, very responsive, and any issues or questions that came up she took care of to our satisfaction and all in a timely manner. We are very happy with her and the bottom line is she sold the property. Highly recommended!

Teri was fantastic and I’d highly recommend her for anyone! We’ll definitely be requesting her services again. She showed us many homes without being impatient, and she exhibited no bias to any agenda other than ours. We primarily live in Dublin and this was our first time buying a second home, at Indian Lake. Teri knows the area so well, and her knowledge and expertise of the market was apparent and helpful. One of the best attributes about Teri is her accessibility. She was available for us at any given time to answer questions or to look at more lake house options. Teri was extremely responsive and flexible. She gave honest and respectful advice and knew our needs and desires that we wanted with a lakeside home. She was not pushy to buy, yet kept the process moving forward. Her advice was extremely valuable on many fronts. I highly recommend Teri to assist you with buying your next home.

Teri is the definition of under-promise and over-deliver. We had several hurdles to clear throughout the process but we were always kept in the loop and given updates. As a first time buyer, there were several things that I did not understand and Teri always made time to thoroughly explain items before any signing or response. I hope to use Teri on any home I may buy or sell!
