Teri is the best! It has been an absolute pleasure to work with her. She helped my husband and I find the house of our dreams. As a first time home buyers, we were lost and she walked us through every step of the way and kept up constant communication. She is very professional and honest. Teri went above and beyond for us can’t thank her enough. We would highly recommend!

Teri helped us buy a house in Grover Beach. She was very helpful in the search process, provided advice and guidance on the local market and the area in general. Once we found a property we liked, Teri skillfully negotiated the offer, so we got it accepted against other comparable competing bids. She was also helpful throughout the closing process, checking in regularly with us and worked directly with the loan and title offices to make sure all the paperwork lands on time and without any hiccups. Overall, we are happy with Teri's service and definitely recommend her.

It was a blessing working with Terri :) She helped us from start to finish. It was such a smooth process, I’m still in shock. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect house and was extremely uplifting when things didn’t go as planned.
