Terri Jackson made selling my home so easy! She is extremely knowledgeable about the Bonaire area. Because of her guidance, I sold my home in less than 24 hours of listing it, with the purchaser offering more money than my listing price! She did great helping me navigate thru the whole selling process, communicating with me during every step. She responded quickly to all my texts - even answering me while she was on vacation! Anytime I told her that I didn't understand what something meant, she took the time and explained it to me thoroughly! She was amazing to work with! I can't recommend her enough!

I’d highly recommend Terri to be your real estate agent for buying a home. It is too difficult for a buyer to get the right home at right price. Working with Terri helped us get the “right home at the right price”. She knows about real estate really well. She knows what to look for in a house. She took care of the entire process – finding the right home, getting the repairs done in house after inspection, helping me understand about the real estate process, and doing whatever is needed. She responds very quickly and is very reliable. You don’t need to think twice if Terri is your agent. She is friendly, calm, and understand the needs of the client really well. I’d work with her again for any future real estate needs.

My wife and I can't say enough great things about Terri Jackson as a realtor! We stumbled upon her/Century 21 by chance, and knew immediately Terri was the right realtor for us. She has an incredible amount of local knowledge, has lived in multiple areas around Warner Robins and Bonaire, is extremely friendly and very accessible. We initially tried to contact other agents on Zillow, as well as a few recommended by friends, but none seemed too interested in working with us (or didn't respond at all). Terri walked us through many houses in the course of a week, but never pushed us to buy one we didn't like. She simply provided input and thoughts/recommendations, but left it up to us. We had such confidence in Terri and her understanding of our needs/wants--that we were actually out of town when the house we purchased came on the market. Terri immediately set up a video chat, walked us through, and we put an offer in that evening. Every single recommendation Terri gave us during the entire process was spot on. I was amazed at how well she knew and understood real estate. All of this to say...if you're looking for a realtor, CHOOSE TERRI! She is simply amazing, and helped us buy our first home here in Bonaire, GA.

I had a great experience with Terri as my Real Estate Agent. She is very sharp and absolutely knows how to get your home sold. To my surprise, my home was sold in a short period of time. She kept me well informed and brought multiple offers to the table for my selection. I highly recommend Terri to serve as any buyer or seller REA.

She has helped me find and grow my Rental property business. Her expertise and insight for choosing properties has been great. I wish to thank her for her past and continued guidance. I would highly recommend her for any type of buyer, first time, investor, or high end buyer. Her patience, combined with superior knowledge of the business, will certainly earn her repeat business to sustain her career as long as she chooses to do real estate. Thanks Terri Jackson !!!!!!
