We could not have been more pleased with Theresa Atalla and the great job she did selling our home! She is so professional and knowledgeable. After speaking with her initially, we knew she was the realtor for us. She was well prepared for our first meeting...she gave us lots of information and we could just tell she would not only be able to get the job done, but that she would be exceptional at it. She just had a confidence about her that we really liked. She took care of so many little details for us and guided us through the process so it was actually...easy! She was able to set up contractors to come to the house to make small repairs, check other things and just do what was needed to get the house ready to place on the market. My husband and I had decided we wanted to move out of our house before we put it on the market. We had no reservations at all about her handling all the details for us as we moved out of state. Yeah, there are a lot of forms to complete when you sell a house, but she explained everything so we could understand them. Thankfully, we took care of most of the forms electronically. It was super easy to do...even from the road. We received multiple offers. Theresa was very good about going over them with us and helping us decide which one was the best. We told Theresa we hoped to find someone just like her to help us find our new home. Not only did she do a tremendous job selling our house, but she also took the time to interview a realtor for us in our new city. She did find us someone like her...knowledgeable, persistent, professional and with a good sense of humor. I think she went over and above the normal requirements of a realtor on that one. We discovered Theresa because she sold the home of a neighbor of ours. We are so thankful for her and would recommend her without hesitation!

My husband and I have been working with Theresa for several years. She has represented us in several transactions and we couldn't have asked for a better agent. She is incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. We have recommended her to friends and family and know that she will take care of them as well. We absolutely recommend working with Theresa. Her work ethic is incredible. We will be using her again for our future real estate transactions!!

Theresa did a fenominal job. She is thorough and pays attention to detail. I will continue to have Theresa help me with any and all real estate dealings. Top of her field, call her and you will not be dissatisfied.

Theresa was resilient and went out of her way to make sure I was able to find a place to live as my lease was expiring. She made every effort (no matter what time of day) to meet me to see a house and was extremely organized and prepared. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a pleasant honest and caring realtor.

She helped us find the right home for our needs and handled the negotiations with the agent and owner of the property in a highly respectful and professional manner.
