We highly recommend Theresa Koshollek. She knows and understands the market thoroughly. Theresa kept us up to date with our transaction and had our home sold in 30 days. She was there with us when we purchased our first home in Prescott. We very much enjoyed working with her as our buying agent and as our selling agent. This is the second time I've used Theresa for my real estate needs. She sold me my home and then helped me sell it when the time was right. She also sold my friend his home, which he's still in. And we both think she's the best ever. No matter what kind of little wrinkles come along, Theresa was always there to let me know exactly what was going on and what to expect. No embellishments, just honest, truthful answers that were easy to understand and wrap my head around. And she didn't care how many questions I asked, she was always helpful and courteous at all times. There are differences in realtors. I know, because the one I used prior to Theresa was so difficult to work with and to get any information from at all, I wished I hadn't signed a contract with her. So, when I found Theresa, I thought I'd hit the jackpot. I can't recommend her highly enough. Anytime anyone says they're going to start looking for a new home or they are considering selling, I give them her number. And I'll never use anyone else. Don't know what I'll do if she decides to retire!

As the listing agent Theresa work hard to prepare and promote the sale of my home in StoneRidge. I've owned and sold a number of homes and apartments in the pass and have found that some agents will work hard to get your listing but then walk away and let someone else work to get the home sold. That is not the way Theresa works. She kept me informed daily on who was looking at the home and what they were saying. This information helped me address negatives about the property and get the house sold.

This is truly the best home buying or selling experience I've ever had. Theresa made everything so simple and easy. She had no problem explaining all the details so they made sense and stayed in touch with me concerning all the little hiccups that come along when you buy a house. If you ever want to buy or sell a home, you need to use Theresa. She really is the best.

My experience with Theresa Koshollek was incredible. She helped us in selling a house that had many challenges , but she remained patient and informative during the entire process. In addition, her knowledge of the market as well as construction was INVALUABLE as we moved through the process. she was also incredibly responsive to ALL of our many questions and needs. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Theresa to anyone. She is an intelligent, knowledgable and delightful realtor.
