Perfect experience for my situation. I was guided by Thomas and support staff at Morris Tate Realty Group on how to best allocate improvement funds and hit the target price to clear the great return on selling my house. I had designed certain aspects of the house myself and Thomas was able to highlight those and recommend minor changes so the new owner would do whatever was necessary to get the deal closed. And there were challenges with the financing and getting the buyer over the finish line. Thomas and his staff never gave up, communicated regularly, and pushed the other side to make it work. Plus, I never had to worry about any of the contractors he recommended. They all put in the work and got the house show ready for me at a great price and in a timely fashion. 5 star experience with having someone that truly cared about my situation and not just getting a deal done to get paid.

Thomas Crone is an excellent real estate Agent. He is a great communicator. He has a team of experts around him that all point in the same direction. Great customer Service. He is an expert at the local real estate market and knows how to get things done. You deserve the best and Thomas is just that. You will love the difference he brings to achieve your real estate goals.

We have had 2 wonderful experiences with Thomas Crone at Morris Tate. The whole staff is very friendly and accommodating, making sure you have every detail taken care of. This continues after your purchase/sale. I appreciate the extra effort foresight they have. I received the closing statements in the mail at the start of the year and thought- ok, I know I have these somewhere- and lo and behold as I am starting my taxes, every bit of information I needed was on those sheets, right at my fingertips! It made it super easy. It is a wonderfully thoughtful and helpful step they take. Thank you!!

Thomas is extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process, from start to the finish. He made my first time home purchasing process so easy and he had my best interests in mind. He is very responsive and went above and beyond my expectations. We will definitely be using Thomas for future home purchases and would recommend him to anyone!
