My husband and I just purchased a house with Thomas' guidance and had a great experience! Thomas is not only very knowledgeable about the real estate process but also knows the Lawrence area like the back of his hand. He loves this town and it really shows in his work. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions in a way we could comprehend. Thomas knows Lawrence inside and out. He is very patient and knowledgeable and I can tell it is important to him that I understand the process and am comfortable with all phases of it. When I wanted to be the first to see a house when it popped up as available, his quick response made that possible and with his guidance I put in an offer right away that was accepted. Thomas is a true professional and a kind person who I can tell loves what he does.
