Our experience in working with Thomas Jackson as our agent in a recent home purchase was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, and had immediate follow through skills from the beginning of the process to the end. We were well aware of what was going on at all times and appreciated his ability to help keep the entire process organized and on track throughout the ups and downs of the transaction. Thomas was great! We were looking to sell our current home and purchase a new one and had a very bad experience with a prior realtor. Thomas was the direct opposite, he talked with us about listing our house at a competitive rate, always responded to our texts and phone calls, and was always available to show us houses at times that fit our schedule. With his guidance and years of experience we were able to sell our home and find a new one within the first 3 weeks. We strongly recommend using Thomas for any of your buying and selling needs.

Thomas Jackson is a realtor you can count on. My parents needed to sell a second home that had fallen into disrepair. Thomas was their advocate from day one. He helped my parents get the home back into perfect shape, going as far as rounding up contractors and even doing some of the work himself. He did the best marketing campaign I have ever seen in real estate, making the house shine online, drawing lots of offers. Even through the negotiating process, Thomas made sure to protect my parent’s interests. He was on top of every issue, staying in constant communication, patiently making sure my parents understood everything that was happening. My parents are quite elderly, so believe me, it was no easy feat! He landed them a fantastic deal! But that is just the surface stuff. What really makes Thomas great is the stuff within: his knowledge of real estate, his integrity, kindness, patience, and his team mentality. All attributes shined in abundance. He kept the stress level down to a bare bones minimum, which is not easy when selling a home. My parents had a great experience. Rest assured, whenever we sell another home, Thomas will be our go-to guy. We could not recommend his services more highly.

If your looking for a real estate agent who actually cares about finding your perfect home, not just making a sale, then call Thomas. He was wonderful, very helpful and very knowledgeable about the whole process. It was such a pleasure working with him, and finally buying our first home. He was willing to go out looking at just about anything I wanted to, almost when ever I wanted to. His schedule was so flexibile and he was dedicated to help us. It was such an amazing experience and I would definately recommend him to anyone looking to buy or even sell. I already have to several people, and will continue to, since he is such an awesome real estate agent!
