Having Tiffanie as our realtor put us at ease while purchasing our new home. I cannot say that we are the easiest to work with as we had several questions and double checked our paperwork. I had a short window in which to sell my home after receiving military orders on short notice. I interviewed realtors from all of the brokers in town and Tiffanie was the ONLY person to show up with a strategy for how she was going to get the job done. Her enthusiasm and hard work put into creating a comprehensive game plan was what sold me. It was obvious that she was not only motivated, but actually cared about making sure I was taken care of. She sold my home less than 48 hours after accepting the listing and got me an offer above the list price. And throughout the whole process, she kept me in the loop and educated me on all the steps in the process. I could not have asked for a better experience with a realtor.
