We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Tiffany Sellers. We were first-time home buyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place in Philadelphia area. We were so fortunate to have found her as our Real Estate Agent! Tiffany was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs. She was responsive and on top of all our questions. She made our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. Me and my family can't thank you enough for your time and consideration. Tiffany was Awesome to work with!!!! After a year and a half search for the perfect home, that is exactly what we got and more. My husband and I were very picky about what we wanted and sometimes in major disagreement with each other on what we both wanted. Tiffany was nothing but nice, helpful and patient with us in finding our very first home. She found the perfect home that met all of our needs and the neighborhood surroundings could not have been better! Keep up the good work Tiffany!!!!

Tiffany is fantastic! My husband and I were looking to buy our first house. We really didnt know where to begin. Tiffany made the process quick and easy. She listened to our needs and what we were looking for in a house. After finding a house we were interested in, Tiffany was very patient with us. We went back to see the house 4 or 5 times before putting the offer in.....Tiffany always made time to go back to the house with us and never complained. She negotiated the price we wanted and we closed on the house in 30 days!! She worked hard to please us. I have referred a few people to Tiffany and they are also very pleased with her attitude and work ethic.

I had the pleasure of meeting Tiffany Wainwright about 4 years ago. At the time I was looking to rent in the Northeast area of Phila. She just happened to be one of the people that show up at the property's to show you, as I was not aware at the time she was a real estate agent as well :) When I first met her I took an instant liking to her, she was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient & friendly. A long story short she had showed me many rental property's, she went above & beyond for me in many ways...after all was said & done, through Tiffany I ended up buying my 1st home & can honestly say I gained a friend in the process. She is great at what she does, but even more-so she is aces in my book! After she sold me my home, (which I am proud to say I am still there...) our relationship didn't end there.
