im helped us purchase 2 homes as well as sell our townhome all in the Charlotte area. We would most definitely recommend him to anyone looking to BUY OR SELL. He was BY FAR the most knowledgeable agent we worked with. If you are open to it he gave us great advice on getting our home ready to sell so it showed well for buyers and he did extensive marketing for our townhome that ultimately got it sold. On the purchase side of things he was a tremendous asset for finding exactly what we were looking for (one personal residence and one investment property) and more importantly he is precise with what home values are and how to negotiate to get it (or below). We wanted someone who did real estate full time and a high volume which Tim does and he didn't disappoint.

In all my experiences with buying and selling a home Tim went above and beyond in every category as a skilled agent and more importantly always had "my" best interest at heart! A rare quality these days to find someone who cared more about the client than whether he sold a home; if he didn't believe it was in your best interest and asked his opinion he would show where he had concerns. I had to back out the first time as it was too major of a decision after my husband died, but assured him I would contact him when it was the right time for me. A year later it was the right time and my house sold on the first day...and NO it was not priced to low!! I wish he was in FL so I could continue to use Tim Brown!

Tim is a professional at what he does. He answers all my questions, regardless of how ridiculous it might have sounded. In many of homes that we looked at, he has also help me see certain potentials in the home that would benefit our family. I enjoy working with him through our home buying process.

Tim Brown worked diligently, efficiently and effectively to get my property sold. His staff, Client Care, kept me updated. The SRS mortgage company slowed the process down considerably. They would request documents which Tim Brown would provide. A month later they would respond requesting more documentation they already had in their possession. Tim never stopped. He kept moving forward with them. I cannot say enough great things about Tim Brown. I totally recommend him as a great real estate professional.
