Tim was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to help us sell a house in a trust. We don't live in New Hampshire and he helped us get the house ready for sale, get a great offer, sail through the escrow process, and close on time with no hiccups. He's been in the business a long time and knows exactly who to contact to get things done, whether it's lawn maintenance, fixing a broken window, or getting help from an estate attorney. I can't recommend Tim highly enough. He was a tremendous help and truly went above and beyond to assist us with the sale. THANK YOU TIM!

My husband and I used Tim to purchase our first house after he was recommended to us by a friend. Tim was wonderful to work with! He gave us honest advice and was never pushy. Tim was easy to get in contact with and always followed through with our requests. In the end, he helped us find our dream home. Can not thank him enough!

Tim was on top of issues quickly. From the time home was listed to the time it sold, 5 days!.....very good at keeping us posted on appraisal, inspection, tittle company, ect. We have sold and bought over 14 homes in our lifetime, this sale was the easiest!! I recommend Tim with all your real estate needs, you wont be disappointed.

Tim Joyce provided superior service and support during the entire process of looking at homes for sale, negotiating the details of the offer, the home inspection and the closing. Tim assisted me in finding my first home. It was a stressful time as I was moving from out of state with two kids and did not know this area. I had met with other realtors, but, I am happy to say I went with Tim as my agent. His knowledge of the area and the market was very apparent. He was very attentive to what I was looking for and what was most important to my kids and me. He would send me listings and information which helped me further determine exactly what I wanted. Throughout the process, I realized I was actually looking for a totally different house. He was able to get me any information I requested in a very timely manner. Info regarding the area, neighborhoods, crime and schools.. He was very responsive to any form of communication. He truly made a very stressful time a great deal easier and actually it was a very exciting experience. My kids and I are settling into our first home, we could not be happier! We all love our new home and are very pleased. I have recommended Tim to others and will continue to do so without hesitation. I highly recommend Tim, weather buying or selling.
